The main purpose

1.Before note glue, first with surface protection tape cover the outer edge of glued area , to prevent contamination in these areas when scraping gum.

2.singlecomponent structural silicone sealant can be directly used for manual or pneumatic gun , when used with pneumatic gun, adjust the operating pressure to prevent air bubbles when note glue.

 3.Muzzle diameter must be smaller than the interface thickness, so that the muzzle extends into the depth of one-half of the interface. Muzzle should be moderately uniformly moving ,ensure full structural adhesive in interfaces , plastic injection should be prevented from moving too fast or reciprocating generating bubbles or holes.
