2.Configuration examples
1. Discharging device
The discharging device consists of a pay-off plate and a tensioning test.
The spool with brake and tensioning detection makes the spool stable and controllable.
The top of the pay-off plate can be adjusted according to the inner diameter of the wire, which is convenient and easy to operate.
2. Feeding system
The feeding system consists of straightening, bending machine and wire feeding
The bending machine adopts lifting structure, which can be adjusted according to bending specifications.
The top pressing block of the press chain is fixed with screws for easy installation and disassembly.
The lifting mechanism is carried out synchronously for four lifts to ensure that the lowering chain stays horizontal during the lifting process.
3. Main welding machine
Main welding machine is composed of welding system, cooling system, bending mechanism and lifting mechanism
The upper and lower electrodes and transformers are provided with cooling water circulation to extend the service life of the electrodes and transformers.
The cooling loop adopts stainless steel quick plug and pull connector, which makes the machine easy and quick to change.
