candle manufacturing process
1 Melt the paraffin in a wax pan.
2 Put the candle wick in the candle machine mold.
3 Pour the melted paraffin oil into the candle machine mold.
4 After cooling, take out the candle from the candle machine mold.
5 Carry on the exterior decoration, finishing and packaging the finished product.
operating Tips
1 the Ordinary white candles do not require ingredients and are made of about 54-58 degrees paraffin.
2 No tears, no dust, flame resistant candles: The bleached wax core line is soaked with chemical materials, and the candles made are no tears, no dust, and fire resistance.
A chemical ingredient formula for soaking wax core wire is described below.
Ammonium chloride(alkaline sand) 4536 g water 6 kg
3 Before making a candle, the wax core soaked with chemical materials must be dried in a ventilated and dry place, but it must not be exposed to sunlight to prevent the chemical mixture from acting as a physical chemical reaction and losing its effect.
