High-temperature vacuum brazing furnace is mainly used for vacuum brazing of stainless steel, copper, titanium alloy, high temperature alloy, cemented carbide, etc. It is widely used in vacuum brazing process using nickel, copper and silver based brazing flux. Applicable to all kinds of stainless steel plate heat exchanger, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation system), diamond tools, optical instruments and other products brazing.
Equipment technical characteristics:
1. The furnace is a horizontal single-chamber horizontal charge structure, can also be designed as a three-chamber continuous vacuum brazing furnace;
2.High-temperature molybdenum heating zone heating, molybdenum and multi-layer stainless steel screen composed of all-metal insulation furnace gallbladder, temperature uniformity is good;
3. The entrance of the vacuum system is equipped with a gas condensing phase shifter and filter collection device to eliminate flux boil-off gas on the vacuum pump group pollution;
4. Unique regulation of anti-pollution technology to ensure long life vacuum regulation;
