UNWINDING DEVICE

POUNCHING PART
1. Round punching design, with EPC tracking system, synchronous drive with the collection table. 2. The punching waste is automatically dropped, and the bag-type vacuum cleaner collects the punching waste in a centralized manner. 3. High-strength punching die, easy maintenance of punching die, and punching knives of different specifications can be replaced.
COLLECTION DEVICE
1. A 14" eight-claw arm is used to collect the bags. The rotation of the arm changes with the speed of the host, which reduces the wind resistance at high speed. 2. The lateral movement of the entire bag collection board is driven by a Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, and each bag can be precisely aligned with the collection needle. 3. The collection needles are designed to move and adjust the entire row at the same time to quickly adjust the position of the collection needles for bags of different widths.
