1) The warranty and after-sale service shall be provided by the manufacturer.
2) The warranty refers to one (01) year’s warranty on receipt of the machine and equipment within Mainland China.
3) Man-made damage or modification caused by any party other than the seller or the manufacturer is not included in the warranty. The overseas (countries and cities outside Mainland China) transportation cost of spare parts shall be borne by the buyer or the end user.
4) The manufacturer can provide the service on the condition that all the overseas after-sale service cost (which includes the engineer’s or engineers’ round trip air tickets from China to the destination country, the engineer’s or engineers’ local traveling cost, food and accommodation cost) except 4~5 days’ free engineer’s or engineers’ labor cost shall be borne by the buyer or the end user.
5) If the buyer or the end user asks for extra stay or service from the engineer or the engineers, the customer or the end user shall make timely communication with the manufacturer and get the permission. The extra cost for extra stay or service is 150 USD/engineer/day and the buyer or end user shall be responsible for all the cost caused by the extra stay or service. The buyer or the end user shall not change the engineer’s or engineers’ schedule without the formal permission from the manufacturer or they shall take full responsibility for the unauthorized change and make compensation on manufacturer’s lost or other customer’s lost.
6) Because of the pneumonia epidemic caused by the COVID-19, the Chinese engineer is dispatch is only available when the epidemic is over or when it is safe for traveling. Any available local or nearby country engineer dispatch can be arranged on the condition that the buyer or the end user can accept the cost. Online technical support is always available if the buyer or the end user wants to install the machine by themselves.
