Q1. Do you provide warranty for the inkjet printers?
We supply 1.5 year(18 months) free warranty for the electric boards. Within 1.5 year, if the boards have any problems, please send the defective board to us and we will repair it soon without charging. (Printhead and consumable parts are not included.)
Q2. What kind of after-sales- service do you have for PRINTING MACHINE?
A. We have 16 experienced engineers and 1 technical online customer service to supply 18-hour online service. If you have any problems, we can solve them online via skype and WhatsApp.
B. Also, remote control service via the software Team Viewer is provided for the customer to install the software and adjust the program.
C. At the first time, free training course will be provided to assist customers on installation and maintenance of the printer. If customer needs, we can send our engineers abroad to provide service such as machine setup and repairing. Also free training for your staff is provided.

Payment terms: we accept the T/T transfer, Western Union, telegram, also L/C.
Delivery date: for goods in stock, within 2 working days after full payment is received.

The machine is already equipped with both the controlling software and RIP software.
Q6. What about the quality of ink?
The inks we supply are of high quality due to many times of rigorous tests in our machine, so problems like jam print head or bad
printing effect will not occur. If problem about ink occurs, we will judge it soon and then take the responsibility if it is our
fault.
Q7. Can you send the ink by air?
Yes, we can send ink by DHL or Fedex
For small quantity, we can send products by air. for large quantity, we suggest customer considering sea transport due to lower cost.

We provide free samples (1 liter of ink) while the shipping cost should be paid by customers.
