Our Production 

One of the most advantage is wenger timber. We harvest timber directly from the forest in large quantities so the price and supply capacity are stable. We exploit around 500cbm/month then transfer all cutting board directly to our factory for production 

step 2/ Dried kilns 

After receiving material, we will separate into 2 area, one for big timber, other for small timber. Then put it into dying kilns. About time of drying its will depend on what kind of timber. For Wenger, its takes us about 40 days as normal to  reached at 12% moisture . Its not fast and easy like rubber wood, suar, acacia ....We have to leave the heat slowly, the time to burn the furnace long to avoid cracking the wood after drying

Step 3/

We rub and plan the timber into a woodslap table  according to the size required by the customer.
