A、Preprocessing section
The pretreatment includes: a raw water tower, a raw water pump, a sand filter, a carbon filter, a softener, and the like. Mainly solve the following problems:
1) Preventing fouling of reverse osmosis membrane surface CaCO3, CaSO4, SrSO4, CaF2, SiO2, iron, aluminum oxide, etc. deposited on the membrane surface;
2) Prevent the blockage of colloids and suspended solid particles;
3) Prevent organic pollution;
4) preventing oxidative damage of the membrane by oxidizing substances;

Water Filtration Process :
1) A quartz sand filter:
Suspended matter in water is a smaller particle. It can be seen by the naked eye that these particles are mainly composed of sediment, clay, protozoa, algae, bacteria, and high molecular organic matter, and are often suspended in water. Quartz sand can remove large particles of suspended solids in water. Activated carbon can remove the smell of fishy smell and odor caused by the reproduction and decay of aquatic organisms, plants or microorganisms in water, the muddy smell or astringency of organic matter, and the residual chlorine remaining in disinfectant water.
2) Activated carbon filter:

3) Softener:

4）Precision filter:
The precision filter is the last filter device before entering the UF Ultrafiltration host. It must ensure that the pollution index SDI of the tap water before entering the UF host is stable below 4. The pure water recovery rate of the UF unit is generally only 50%-60%. The maximum designed water volume is 1~10 M3/hr.
