Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A:We are a manufacturer specialized in crystal industry more than 15 years, we have the full production capability to realize the product from raw materials until finished product.

Q:Where is your factory location?

A:Our factory located in Dongguan city of GuangDong Province which wins the name of “manufacturer centre of the world”, in the middle of Guangzhou city and Shenzhen city , 1 hour by car you can reach our factory from both Guangzhou and Shenzhen airport .

Q:Are you able to make customized product ?

A:Due to the character of our products ,we make most of the customized products for our clients ,what you have seen in our shop are just the collections developed by ourselves and give you the image of what we can do .

Q:How about your production capability?

A:We have more than 100 skillful workers ,average worked 8 years already with us, they get passion to do this job as every single piece of product is a piece of art .

Q:How about the lead time?

A:As a role of manufacturer we are quite flexible to arrange our orders ,but to respect the beauty and technique of the products ,we would appreciate the clients to accept min 45 days lead time after all the details are clear for the order .

Q:How about the payment terms?

A:For the invoice amount less than 10,000USD we would collect 100% payment before production ,50% advanced payment of below 20,000USD,30% advanced payment above 20,000USD,then balance before shipment;

Q:How about the delivery?

A:We prefer to do Ex-work terms as we want to concentrate in product development and production ,but full container load we can do FOB as well ,we do have our own export license .

Q:Can I go to visit your factory?

A:Of course ,we may have the biggest show room in our factory in crystal industry of China which you can check all the collections we did before and new development recently .We believe you would fall in love with our collections once you come .
