Diamond Sanding Belts are a 3-Dimensional abrasive product. They consist of abrasive flaps glued radially to a backing plate. As the product is used the abrasive wears down and new abrasive is exposed underneath.
Deburring, snagging, Beveling, Edge grinding, Rust removal, Working of fillet welds, Rough and medium grinding of welded seams in one operation.
While Flap Discs perform best on stainless steel, their versatility allows them to work effectively on other materials such as carbon stell, aluminum, wood and plastic.
