All of our products are manufactured in Taiwan. You don’t have to face duties: Europe anti-dumping duties on e-bikes from China with tariffs 21.8 – 83.6%. USA duties on China with tariffs 25%.

We manufacture the bikes depend on the customer’s requirements. After we receive the order from customers, we would start to produce it. The manufacturing process would be a little bit different between sharing ebike, regular ebike and folding ebike.

2. About sample orders, air shipping would be more convenient and faster.
3. Shipping via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, and EMS. Customers could indicate shipping company.
How to deliver the products to my country?
We can provide international express, for example: DHL, UPS, Fedex, and TNT…etc. We provide sea freight and air freight upon your requirements. If the weight of products are overloaded, we will require for the extra freight charge.
Can I put my logo on it?
Yes, we also do OEM for customers.

We have MOQ 10 for our products. It depends on your request for the products. We can discuss it by the mail.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept L/C, T/T, Paypal, and D/P. All trade assurance and secure payment are acceptable.
What is your main products?
We design and produce electric bikes mostly, and we will have more personal electric transports coming out.
When can I get quotation?
We usually offer the quotation within 24-72 hours after we receive customer’s inquiry. We would discuss the details before we send the quotation to our customers. Normally, it takes more time to quote if customer require custom design.
How long can I receive a sample?
After we receive payment from our customers, we start to prepare for shipping. It takes about 6-10 days to pack and ship for Lekuma present products. If it’s custom ebike required by customers, it takes about 3 months to prepare.
