Producing scope:

The precision of production is according to GB-10227-88 GB-10089-88 production processing ;process thread modulus 0.3-6 , the number of worm is 

1-7 , the scope of lead angle is 2 ° -35 ° , the scope of profile angle is 4 ° -45 ° , 

outside radius 5mm -60mm , the hardness of gear surface HRC20-60  including various material.

The precision of production that the modulus is less than 1 is adopted GB-10227-88 standard in the light of the customers, adopted GB-10089-88 standard ,single head 6-9 progressions ,

 bull 7-9 progressions, worm adoption (thread millstones processing ) and worm gear when the modulus is more than 1, the pairing central distance of slanting gear can compensate within 0.02mm -0.06mm ,which can make most desirable mesh.
