Brief Introduction:

GMKS high, low-frequency vibration screen is used to remove hard waste of fiber and also roughly slecting and filtering, it can remove hard waste of fiber and separate plastic film, no-decoposition dust with good pulp. It is complete sealed, less cover area and easy to operate. 

Operation and Instruction:
1. The amplitude is larger, it should be checked each part carefully before starting the fasteners. And close the bottom of valve of the pulp tank .
2.Motor must conform to the direction of the icon.
3. When vibration sieve start to move, firstly, open the spray nozzle, keeping the liquid level is lower than the sieve plate 10 -- 20 cm the pulp tank, lest pulp stay and congestion.
4. According to the requirement of the product and process, adjust the flowing pulp amount, insure the normal into pulp, open mouth discharge the good pulp at the same time .
5. Adjust the water nozzle's direction and quantity, make the water spraying to the entire width of sieve plate, the sieve residue of fine fiber does not leak, and adjust the uniform of the pulp concentration.
6. When work is done, close in-valve first, after washing sieve plate, stop the motor, close the out-valve.

Servicing and Maintenance:
1. The sieve plate must be cleaned once a week, before pulp tank cleaning should keep the oscillator apart, separate from the motor. Sieve frame hanging tilted 45 degrees that it is easy to clean the sediment of pulp tank and sieve plate hole seam. Note that when installation on site is normal, and firm, lest produce unsafe factors.
2. After the installation, vibration sieve must keep empty running 5-10 minutes, start to use if no abnormal phenomena happen.
3. Timing filling general Lithium-calcium base grease per 160 hours.
