How can I get samples?

We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectible account and agree to pay the courier freight.
-If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight, we will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
-If you don't have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.
The charge both sample and courier cost will be return you once the mass order placed.

What is the delivery time?

Two weeks for sample, 20~30 days for mass production.

How can I get your quotation?

Please send us your inquiry with our products model number by email or call us by phone, we will offer you our price list, product specification and order information within one working day.

Can I have my logo or company name to be printed on products?

Yes, Customized logo and packing design on mass production are available.

What’s your usual payment term for orders?

T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading.
Or L/C at sight.

Usually we guarantee one year after delivery date, also we will provide 1% of easy broken spare parts for free.
