Process flow
1. put the big board on the feeding roller conveyor by forklift,
2. Each piece board will be positioning by cylinder on the chain machine, and then hook the board one piece by one piece to next workstage by hook machine.
3. Transport board to longitudinal multi rip saw, cut middle board into many pieces small board.
4. Feed small boards on the longitudinal belt conveyor.
5. Process click profile (groove and tongue) by longitudinal and transverse DET.
6. Package the floor into the box by labor
