How to Join PPR Pipe:
The pipes and fittings in PPR piping systems are connected through thermal fuse plugging, the thermal fusing tools are applied to melt the inner & outer surfaces of the fitting and pipes simultaneously and plug connect them under the specified temperature and conditions.

Use special PPR Scissors to cut the pipe.
Cleaning the Pipe
Cleaning the welding surface of pipe with alcohol.
Measure the Depth
Confirm and Mark the matchable depth for specified pipe.
Fusion the Pipe and Fitting
Insert the pipe and fitting into the welding socket horizontal at the same time.
Connecting
Push the heated pipe and fitting exactly and suitable ajustment. Ajustment should be finished in 5 seconds.
