(Formerly known as Rock Drilling Tools Factory Co., LTD.) was established in 1993.Our business scope consists of development, manufacturing, assembly and selling of rock drilling tools and road milling tools. The main products include all types of tapered products, threaded products, DTH, coal tools and road picks. The business covers all fields of rock drilling system. There are totally 262 employees, 40 white-collar employees (50% are university graduated or higher) and 222 blue-collar ones, working for production, R&D, quality, supply chain etc.
In 2013, Atlas Copco Group and Shandong Sanshan Group Co., LTD established a joint venture company - Shandong Rock DrillingTools Co., LTD. On August 2, 2016, Atlas Copco acquired other stocks held by Sanshan Group and that makes our company become a wholly foreign owned enterprise. In December 2019, Shandong rock drilling tools Co., Ltd. was separated from Atlas Copco Group as a member of Epiroc group. In April 2020, the company withdrew from Epiroc group through equity replacement and became a new Shandong Rock Drilling Tools Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 184 million.With continuous improvement of management system, R&D capability and product quality, our company has got the certificates of ISO: 9001 and ISO: 14001.
