Manufacturing Technique
PROCESSING MATERIAL
All materials are taken from nature such as: Bamboo, cork, water hyacinth, rattan, . After processing such as drying or soaking, depending on the type of material, we obtain semi-finished products to ppare for the creation of handmade sane products.
Next is people using their hands to make products such as baskets, Bowl, home decor.....
When the products are finished, they will be sprayed with glue to make the product stronger and more cohesive
DRYING
After finishing above process, our products are placed in drying rooms in order to ensure optimum fixation of colors. Hot air is used to raise the temperature in this controlled environment and it dries and dehumidifies products for several hours.
If the weather conditions are good – sunlight and low level of humidity, products might be placed outside to dry naturally.
Packing & Delivery
Product after finished all process will be go to the final step: Packing
Product packaging is also an important step. Products with label, hang tag and put in the carton with tissue paper and micro pack to help products always be pserved in the best condition.
