Q5: How long for production and delivery?
A5: Most of products we have in stock, delivery time:Within 1-3 business days after received payment. Customized products further discussed.

Q6: How to deliver the goods?
A6: ≤50kg ship by FedEx or DHL etc, ≥50kg ship by Air, ≥100kg can be shipped by Sea. If you have special request on delivery, please contact us.  

Q7: What is the shelf life for the products?
A7: Most products shelf life 24-36 months, meet with CoA. 

Q8: Do you accept ODM or OEM service?
A8: Yes,we accept ODM and OEM services, ranges: Soft gel, Capsule, Tablet, Sachet, Granule, Oral Solution, Drops, Gummy Candy, Bottling & Private Label service, etc. Please contact us to design your own brand product.

Q9:How to confirm the Product Quality before place orders?
A9: All goods would be qualified before shipment, please find as following:
1. CoA or Specification will be sent along with the quotation.
2. Free sample can be shipped for quality inspection and test.
3. Welcome to audit our factory when you come to China.
4. Customized products can be provided as your request, sample also can be provided once confirmed order.
Q10: How to start orders or make payments?
A10:There are two ways for you to confirm order:
1. Proforma invoice with our company bank details will be sent to you once the order confirmed by Email. Pls arrange payment by TT. Goods will be sent after received payment within 1-3 business days.

2. Trade assurance order will be drafted for you through ALIBABA. Pls confirm and pay through Alibaba. Goods will be sent after received payment within 1-3 business days.
Q11:How do you treat quality complaint?
A11: First of all, our strict quality control measures will reduce the quality complaint rate to near zero. Also we have build up a professional sales-back team to feedback positively for you. If there is a rejected product, please follow the guide lines as below:
1. Please take clear photos of product with original packages.
2. Please calculate the rejected quantity.
3. Please send us the complaint sheet with all details by e-mail.
Our sales-back team will do research and submit the investigation report within 3 days with our QA&QC dept., and make sure to avoid this problem again. Below are solutions for reference:
1. If the package damage problem, make sure products are fine. We will provide new package for free if needed.
2. If product have minor defects, we will report and avoid for your next order, and try our best to give discount.
3. If there is critical problem, our team will come to visit and do inspection, also will provide replacement after got your approval.
