Introduction
The vibrating sluice box is a widely used gold mining equipment. The biggest characteristic and advantage of the sluice box is that the processing capacity is large and the processing cost is low, because the sluice box itself does not require a lot of power, and the washing cost is very low.
The sluice box is widely used in the field of sand gold washing. Almost all placer gold mines use all kinds of sluice box to wash and separate gold, because the sluice box has small investment, large processing capacity and low cost. It is a kind of gold mining equipment which all gold miners are willing to use.
Principle
The vibrating sluice box gold mining is based on the difference between the specific gravity of gold and sand. The slurry flows through the chute, the large proportion of gold precipitates in the bottom layer, and the small proportion of sand floats in the upper layer to discharge the working area with the flow of water. The original fixed chute used gold-rush felt to raise gold, because of the chute plate knot, silt trough and other phenomena, gold-rush felt net selection rate of only about 30%, these shortcomings, agitating chute targeted to overcome-its bottom plate made of rubber plate, the use of mechanical agitate bottom plate, so that the bottom plate slowly agitation, overcome sediment plate knot, periodic agitation, complete stratification and sand removal, so that the net selection rate increased to about 90%.
