A: 1) Generally the samples will be sent immediately by the air express in 3-5days if the goods are in stock.
2) Normally with 7-15 days after received payment. Please confirm with us before order.
A: For BULK order, Normally within 25 days after receiving your advance payment,please confirm with us before order!
Generally, it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. OR it is 25-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity and Season.
Q: Do you work with DHL, FEDEX or UPS?
A: Yes, all of them. TNT, also acceptable.
Q: What shiping method do you prefer?
A: For small order with light weight we prefer EXPRESS.
For larger heavy goods, ship by sea or by air is the most economical way.

A: Export Cartons, Pallets, also can be customized such as Opp bag + Inner boxes.
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, We can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: If have any quality problems during use, all the products can be returned or according to consumer's requests.
Q: What is your sample policy? Is free sample available? Can you send us a sample to test quality before ordering ?
A: Sure, we can provide you a free sample, but you need arrange the shipping cost.

Q: How long is the smaple LEAD TIME?
A:Sample time: 3-5days for exsiting specification. 10-15days for customized items.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: It depends on your item size. But we accept lower quantity for your trail order.
Generally speaking, our MOQ is 1000pcs, which varies with different products, but small test order is also available.
If we have stock MOQ 1 sets is ok, if not, the MOQ is 1000pcs.
Actually, we did not set the amount of Minimum Order Quantity, as long as 10 or even a customer there.
However, you should understand the quantity, relative to the cost is low, the price will be even better, as a small number, you may want to pay higher unit price.
