Feeder part

1. Machine clutch

1)Electric machine control clutch bell , moving last warning bell ring , ensuring the safety of operation personnel.

2)Drive shaft with a safe clutch to avoid misuse and damage to the machine (the machine is not fixed, the host can not start operation).

3)Pneumatic interlocking device .

2. Adsorption leading edge Feeder system

1)Lead edge feeder institution can greatly reduce clogging phenomenon in the process of cardboard paper.

2)Suction fan auxiliary feeder,make sure the winding paperboard feeding smoothly,The wind volume can be adjusted according to the size of the board.,The maximum guarantee of the vacuum adsorption of cardboard, so that more accurate to send paper.

3)Front baffle and back baffle adopt manual adjust gap, feeder lift-right baffle adopt electric adjust gap.

4)Feeder wheels adopt polyurethane material made,Large friction and long life.

5)It suitable for 3layers,5layers and 7layers corrugated cardboard, include E flute cardboard.

6)Supply paperboard counter,set-up and Display production quantity.

3. Dust-extraction unit

1)Equipped with dust removal mechanism ( remove dust brush ), effectively remove cardboard surface impurities , improve the quality of printing .

4. Operation control switch (PLC computer control)

1) the control panel is equipped with 10 Inch Touch screen, can control the paper feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting, easy to operate.

5. Automatic zero return device

1)Paper feed, printing, slotting, cutting part of the electric automatic return to zero.

2) In general, the use of automatic paper box to zero device, try to print two can be adjusted to the correct position, reduce waste.

Printing unit  

1. Printing roller

1) Out diameter is 405mm(include printing plate 410mm).

2) Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.

3) Balance correction, smooth operation.

5) Full format plate ditch, suitable for 9mm hanging version.

3. Metal anilox roller

1) Out diameter is 198mm

2) Steel pipe surface using advanced electroplating hard chromium technology, hard, smooth and wear-resistant.

3) Dot uniform, uniform on ink.

4) Prolong the service life of the plate and rubber roller.

5) Anilox roller gap dial manual adjustment.

4. Rubber roller

1) Out diameter is 180mm.

2) Steel pipe surface coated with wear-resistant rubber.

3) High special grinding rubber roller, ink effect is good.

5. Feeder paper up-down roller

1) Up roller:diameter is 100mm Seamless steel pipe, with 2 paper feed wheel.2),down roller:out diameter is 159mm Seamless steel pipe, surface grinding, hard chromium plating.

3) Feeder roller gap dial manual adjustment,adjustment range is 0-13mm.

6. Phase adjustment mechanism

1) Planetary gear structure.

2) Horizontal position, manually adjust the distance of a total of 20mm.

3) The printing plate roller adopts frequency converter to adjust the phase, return to zero and adjust the speed of the plate, adjust the version of high precision.

7. Ink circulation

1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump for ink stability, simple operation and maintenance.

2) Ink filter, filter impurities.

8. Printing phase fixing device

1) Pneumatic brake mechanism.

2) When the stage is separated or adjusted, the brake mechanism is restricted to rotate, and the fixed point of the original gear position is maintained.

Slotting unit(full computer control)

LCL : Normal package is wooden box (size : L×W×H). Wooden box will be fumigated . We use strong export stander wooden box pack all machine ,in this case ,machine can be protected very well.

FCL : Machine is to heavy or big , we can choose full container loading . we use PE Film packing then loading to container .

Others : According to customer’s special request .

1.We need tp test the machine working condition before delivery to customer country.

2.If you need our engineers install and teach you hoe to operate machine, we also can send our engineers to your country, but need you bear all fee, tickets, foods, hotel and salary 120usd/day per engineer.

3.Our machine has one year warranty,during this period, if problems caused by our machine quality, we will change all parts for you by free fee.If any questions,can by email by 24hours,we also help you solve these eoblems.

A: our factory is located in Dong guang County ,Cang Zhou city , He bei province ,China . It is 2 hours from JINAN international airport by car and 1 hour from Cang Zhou high-speed train station.

Q: what is the payment terms ?

A: (1) TT, 30% as deposit, 70% balance before loading

  (2)100% irrevocable L/C at sight .

Q: How about after-sales service process? Can I get spare part easily?

A:when problem occur when machine running , contact our sale manger at once, we will solve problem as soon as possible .we will follow below 3 items.

1. Small parts send by DHL at the top speed. (like thin blade, PLC etc)

2. Middle parts by air at the top speed. (like cut off knife)

3. Big parts by ship at the top speed. (like corrugated roll)
