Production Process Equipments and Technology Specifications
The refrigerated and insulated car body structure manufactured by our company is a fully plastic fully enclosed composite plate assembled car body structure developed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of domestic and foreign products in the same industry and combined with the company's actual situation. The inner and outer skins of the box board are made of food-grade glass steel sheet, and the interlayer is made of flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam. The unique resin is used as an adhesive and is bonded by high temperature and high pressure on a hot press. The connection between each compartment board adopts a waterproof design (has been awarded a national patent), and is fixed with high-strength bolts and special adhesives. The door frame and door lock hardware are made of stainless steel, and the door sealing strip adopts an inclined multi-slot structure.
