Product Description
foam xps base Shower Pan Inserts is an extruded polystyrene insulation manufactured through a plastic extrusion process, then coated with fiberglass and cement on both sides. The resulting boards are almost 100% closed cell, strong, highly moisture resistant and easy to cut and tile.
foam xps base Shower Pan Inserts is widely used as bathroom floor, it is especially good for tiles to match the surrounding decrations, also since it is a good walk in shower tray, it is easy for disable people enter.
Characteristics:
- Stable performance and anti-aging: The bathroom deep shower tray or XPS shower tray can be used 50 years.
- Resistance to compression: 450~700Kpa,which make it the ideal solution for heavy loads in bathroom, so that two peoples are allowed together in the shower room.
- Water resistance: Polyfoam is 100% closed cell and unaffected by moisture
- Lightweight: 900*900*40mm is only 4.50kg , easy to handle and install
