The best file for the artwork is PDF, AI, CorelDRAW, etc, 300 dpi

4.) Can i have a sample before mass production?

Yes, we can offer you a free sample of our current product, if you require to have a sample according to your artwork, it is ok to make one for you, but will charge you a little sample cost.

5.) How long are your turnaround time?

Mostly is 5-7 working days, if it's a big order, it takes longer, we can discuss this in details.

6.) How do you deliver the goods?

For small order we will choose to ship by express, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc, big order will

chose to ship by boat.
