Fish farm protein skimmer
Synopsis
Ozonegreenplant’s Protein Skimmers is our latest patented product, which are special in structure, low in energy consumption, and high in efficiency. Its Material is engineering plastics PP. This series product can be used to reduce the physical and chemical gels. It uses the role of adsorption of surface tension of the bubble to enrich and separate organic, remove the colloidal suspension, cellulose, protein, bait and faeces and other organics in the wastewater. Meanwhile, the protein separator can be used as an ozone mixing tower, which can separate protein and use ozone to do the disinfections.
Component parts
Water input, PDO air intake device, mixing chamber, collecting pipe, sewage disposal, ozone adding device, water output, liquid level etc.
Operational principle
First, water enters from the bottom of Protein Skimmer, “S” shape water stream, water moves up and then rolls down to the water outlet;
Second, use the PDO device for producing bubble, and it enters into the mixing chamber together with water, liquid and air fully mix in water when the water is rolling then reach to the water outlet, water goes out from the bottom, but the undissolved & suspended particles are gathered in the surface of micro-bubble, then enter into the collecting pipe, come out from the sewage disposal;
Third, treated water comes out from the main water outlet, water outlet valve can adjust the liquid level of Protein skimmer.

Pre-Installation
1. Assemble pipe fittings of protein skimmer in accordance with Structured Chart.
2. Water inlet pipe connects with Water pump or under pressure water pipe, Then Artesian water flow out of water outlet pipe.
3. Sewage drain outlet connected with pipes to the drainage channel.
4. Locate protein skimmer in leveling and solid ground.
5. Build roof for mounting location to avoid direct sunlight.
6. Water outlet pipe shall not exceed the water outlet , and pipeline should not be too long.
7. When ozone inlet connects with ozone pipe, ozone pipe should not be too long and installed with a check valve.
Operation declaration
1. Debugging specification
Before debugging, first of all, close all valves up; open water pump valve, air intake valve, water outlet valve and start the water pump; after water flows out from water outlet, turn slowly the air intake valve down with air flow in a rated range. Turn slowly of water outlet valve down to maintain the water level near the index line of liquid level. Then observe the phenomenon of collecting cup:
A. If the transparent collecting tube’s bubble is in a slowly climbing state, When Sewage is discharge, Bubbles have a little water content and attached with a lot of dirt, indicating the device entered a normal operation.
B. If the transparent collecting tube’s bubble is in a fast climbing state, ,When Sewage discharge , bubbles have excessive water , Then it is required to open water valve up appropriately, to lower water level, Until the emergence of the phenomenon described in A state;
C. If the transparent collecting tube’s bubble climb too slowly , Dirt can not be discharged, Then it is required to turn down water valve appropriately,to raise the water level until the emergence of the phenomenon described in the state until the A
In the process of regulation of gas flow and water level, waiting for 1-2 minutes until equipment is stable after each adjustment, then observe the working phenomenon. If not up to a standard operation condition, then make the readjustment. According to different water quality, Running water level’s height and the rate of sewage overflow are slightly different.
2. Working instruction
A. After finished equipment’s debugging, running under same water environment, just start the pump, no need to re-adjust water valve and air intake valve. If equipment is running unstable, make a fine-tuning on this two valves.
B. According to the on-site water quality, transparent bubble tube and sewage drain pipe should be periodically removed for cleaning to ensure separation efficiency
C. Equipment used with ozone machine, adjust air intake flow in the case of ensure the ozone input
Attentions
1. Never install water outlet pipe higher than equipment’s water outlet
2. Transparent collection tube and bubble outfall pipe must be regularly cleaned, or after dirt hardening, will reduce the efficiency of protein separation
3. Open the emptying valve of mixing chamber to drain water away of equipment when Long term non-use.
