2. Producing Process & Equipment Introduction
NOTE: There are several types of silicone sealant, our machines can produce every type of the sealant. But the machine configuration would be different for different products.
I. Acidic silicone sealant:
1). 107 glue making, needs reactor and its auxiliary equipment.
2). Dehydration for the white carbon black, needs the industrial oven and dehydrating tank.
3). Silicone sealant making, needs kenader, dispersion mixer.
4). Hydraulically press to discharge, needs hydraulic press machine.
5). Products packing, needs manually packing machine, or semi-automatic packing machine, or full-automatic packing machine.
II. Neutral sealant and structural sealant:
1). 107 glue making, needs reactor and its auxiliary equipment.
2). Base stock making, needs vacuum kneader, base-stock dispersing tank or dispersing mixer.
3). Base stock grinding, needs grinding miller and double-screw extruder.
3). Silicone sealant making, needs dispersion mixer (or planetary mixer or static mixer).
4). Hydraulically press to discharge, needs hydraulic press machine.
5). Products packing, needs manually packing machine, or semi-automatic packing machine, or full-automatic packing machine, and full-automatic soft packing machine.
