1. Introduction
The garlic clove sorting machine is powered by a small two-phase motor. The speed of the reducer is driven by a triangle belt to drive the main shaft of the silicone concave cam to rotate.
The garlic head is flexibly squeezed between the flat silicone and the upper silicone concave cam to simulate manual effect
By adjusting the interval between the flat silicone and the silicone concave cam, the best splitting effect can be obtained,
and the splitting rate can reach more than 96% (the handle wheel can be adjusted according to the size of the garlic head).
The built-in fan can separate and blow out the garlic skin stalks during processing.
The machine has stable performance, compact structure, time-saving and labor-saving, high production efficiency, and low damage rate. It is a good helper for garlic farmers.
Note: Before using the machine, add enough lubricating oil to the reducer. (About 0.5 kg) The machine is strictly prohibited from idling, if idling, it must be adjusted to the most loose position.
