Place magnets and high elastic cotton into the arms to lay a solid foundation for the completion. Then, cover the mannequin with environmental-friendly glue. After being reinforced with air nail gun, it is covered with fine linen, which is sewn by workers. Eventually, a mannequin with skillful manufacture and reliable performance is finished.
From workblank to semi-finished product The production of semi-finished products requires highly accurate skills, which possesses eight steps: workblank fabrication, polish, over-form construction, open mold, reverse mould, burnish, trim, and paint spraying. First, the workblank is polished for smooth surface. After over-form construction and open mold, the mannequin turn into a mold.The process of mold making is purely manual. Eventually, the finely processed semi-product is finished after spraying paint on polished basement.
