Q2: Where Is Your Factory Located? How can I Visit There?
We located in the east of Shenzhen City with very convenient transportation access. If you book Hotel near, we can pick you up. If
little far, we can meet you at the hotel. Warmly welcome to visit our factory!
Q3: How Many Days Will Samples Finished? How About The Mass Production?
1.Sample time: in 1-3 working days
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, usually 7-10 working days.
Q4: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on the Package?
Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen
Q5: MOQ; if I can't buy so many for now, can I place the order?
MOQ is 1000pcs. Of course if you can't order 1000pcs for now, it is ok. We also accept small order. But the price will be little
higher. It may not cost-effective.
Q6: What format artwork/design do you need for printing?
We prefer artwork in PDF or AI format. The template will be offered for your designer to make the artwork if needed.
