Our company research and develope the maximum adjustable drum of Asia (diameter phi 2800~3200, stays length 5000mm, total length 5800mm), now this type have been in working domestics Changzhou City, high performance.

6-1, if there is requirement from client, we will supply free training and indication. If there is more requirement, we can supply engineer to client factory for installation, adjusting, testing, training, maintenance, and all technology service. For foreign client, we just charge cost.

6-2, in the installation, according to client requirement, we will send engineer to client factory, deal with all the technology problem. And assist client to control installation quality.

6-3, our company confirm the first large repair is more than 7000 hours. Quality assurance time is 12 months, if there is machine problem or quality problem causing work stop, we will response in 2 hours, in quality assurance time, if our machine quality problem causing trouble, we will supply accessories and repair free. If client using method is wrong, we will supply solution method immediately, and only charge the cost. Core cement part, quality assurance time is 24 month.

6-4, if there is requirement of our engineer coming to factory for machine problem. We will go to client in fast time.

6-5, supplier will service all the machine life, after quality assurance time, we will give you discount and cost accessories and technology service.

6-6, creating quality assurance hot line and service document, visiting client in period. And tracking service.
