 Iroko hardwood chevron parquet floor 

Iroko chevron parquet are made of planks milled from a single piece 610 x 90 x 18 mm or 610 x 120 x 18 mm of timber from Congo in West Africa.

Due to it's 45 or 60 degree angle , so it will cost about 30 % wastage when production and installation , and the price will also be 30% higher than straight plank .

Iroko solid wood  flooring with ultra light high strength, thermal insulation, waterproof, and the surface adhesion strong, activist and arch, not crack, dry shrinkage ratio as well as good. 

Specifications of iroko hardwood chevron parquet floor  

1: Solid wood & Engineered flooring are packed in white box / customized box with EPE form with pallet,

Solid wood flooring 1x 20' container = 1180 m2

Engineered flooring 1 x 20' container can load :
= 2000 m2 12 mm thick flooring, 10 pcs/ ctn = 1650 m2 14 mm thick flooring , 8 pcs/ ctn
= 1350 m2 18 mm thick flooring , 6 pcs / ctn
= 1200 m2 20 mm thick flooring , 4 pcs / ctn

2: Decking & Cladding packed in pallet with moisture proof shrink warp , 100 m2 / pallet

3 : Decking tiles & 3d wall panel packed in boxes , 11 pcs / ctn

4 : Instock products can deliver with 7 days after receipt of deposit, 15-25 days production time for common items, 35-40 days for customized product

5 : About short planks : Cracking occurs as a result of drying and during production, so there will be about 3-5% short boards for decking & cladding .

For fear of cut many oak long planks when installation , so there will be 2 pcs short planks in each carton .
