I.Features:
●One-component silicon coating of environmental-friendly solvent, which doe not contain aromatic solvent benzene, methybenzene, xylol, lead and chrome, ect.
●It can be bonded various surfaces, including some materials with low surface energy(such as organoslicone, flluoropolymer and polyolefins compounds)
●Moistureproof, weather resistance (ozone, sunshine), chemical resistance(acid, alkali, oil, melting, alternating current analyzing peeling, etc.), and resistant to biological (fungi), which has good cohesiveness, moisture-proof insulation and excellent dielectric property.
●Excellent high and low temperature resistance and can remain stable and elastic when being in -60℃~260℃(-70℉~500℉)environment for quite a long time.
●Light yellow, transparent ( or other color )
II.Typical Application
Through brush coating, spraying, dipping, that is formed a durable coating to separate water vapour and the pollutant in atmosphere on the substrate, a large number of using in thick circuit system, porous substrate coating and printing circuit coating, etc.
III.Using method
●Surface treatment
In order to get the best bonding effect, the surface should be cleaned and dried.
●Usage
The use of TC - spraying, using 2577 silicone conformal coating stucco, brush or cast coated method, for a small amount of spraying, available solvent such as toluene or xylene was diluted to 50% solids concentration for automatic spraying system.
TC 2577 silicone conformal coating stucco once the coating thickness is 0.1-0.2mm, with toluene and xylene dilution of the product, the resulting coating thin, suggest diffuse coating speed is about 30cm/ minutes
●Room temperature curing
TC-2577 silicon coating will curing by reaction with water vapour under room temperature. The 0.1mm thickness coating will become surface drying in 15 to 30 minutes, and will completely curing in 72 hours. Suggestion is that the curing condition is 23℃ (73.4℉) and at least 50% relative temperature, and increase the temperature and humidity can speed up the curing speed.
High temperature vulcanization:Fast surface drying in 10 to 15 minutes under 75 ℃
