1 Motor of Electric wire rope hoist is made of copper.
2 Thickened dual layer rope drum.Inner layer is rope drum with groove for rope running smoothly and neatly. Outer rope drum is for wire rope anti-stripping.
3 Wire rope tensile strength up to 2160 MPa. Wire rope construction 6×37+1 and 6×19+1 .Phosphate coated for corrosion resistance
4 Thickened rope guide is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron /SG cast iron for higher strength and better wear resistance.and protect rope from running out of groove.
5 Limit switch for the highest and lowest hook position. When reach the two positions,connection to power will be cut off.
6 Upper limit switch optional. dual protection against exceeding at highest hook position
7 Electrical control box with quality contactor. Transformer optional for 36v control voltage
8 Wheel of electric trolley is carburized for wear resistance
