Operation steps
1. Turn on the power supply: toggle the power selection switch as needed, that is, the power indicator light is on. The power selection switch points to the vacuum as the vacuum seal and points to the vacuum inflation as the vacuum inflation seal.
2. Put the plastic bags containing items in the vacuum chamber. The mouth of the bag is placed neatly on the hot seal (ifinflatable packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the mouth of the bag).
3. Press down the machine cover, and the exhaust (vacuum) indicator light on the panel. When the vacuum pump begins to pump, thecover is automatically sucked, and the vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. Whenadjusting, the apparent scale is from low to high, and the range is small.
4. When the exhaust reaches the set time (that is, the required vacuum), the exhaust ends, the exhaust indicator goes out, and the inflation indicator lights up to indicate the beginning of inflation. The inflatable knob can adjust the inflating time (that is,the amount of inflating), the method is the same as above. If it does not need to be inflated. Set the power switch to the vacuum position, the program automatically enters the vacuum packaging, and the inflatable indicator goes out.
5. When the pumping or inflation is finished, the indicator light goes out, and the heat seal indicator lights, that is, it enters the sealing procedure. The panel is equipped with a heat seal time and temperature adjustment knob to adapt to different thickness materials. When adjusting time and temperature, the rotation range should be small to prevent the heat seal temperature from rising suddenly and burn out the heat seal accessories.
6. When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat seal indicator is off to see the end of the heat seal, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is lifted automatically, and the vacuum inflatable packaging process is all over, ready for the next packaging cycle.
