double sphere afa flex dn200 flange type shockproof flexible rubber expansion joint coupling for pipe fitting can reduce vibration and noise, and can compensate thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature change. It is widely used in various pipeline systems.

1. The bolts should be tightened gradually at the corners. Excessive tightening will damage the sealing surface.
2. When the pipeline pressure or vibration is too large, the temperature is too high, or the fixing bracket is unreliable, an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent the rubber joint from pulling off or leaking due to pipeline displacement or vibration.
3.The product should be used within the allowable temperature, pressure and medium range.
4.The flange of the pipeline connecting with the rubber joint should use a special flange for butterfly valve to ensure good contact of the sealing surface. The anti-rust oil on the flange should be wiped to prevent corrosion of the rubber joint. The pipe flange and the pipeline should be welded and cooled. When installing joints, it is strictly forbidden to connect pipe flanges and rubber joints before welding the pipes, which may cause high temperature burns to the rubber joints.
5. When installing the threaded rubber joints, the live joints at both ends are prohibited to be interchanged. Install as the original set, and the force shall not be too strong during installation, otherwise it may cause leakage and damage of the product.
