Tube:  Made of high-quanlity seamless tube or welding seam tube, we also have  finned tube, harmonica-shaped tube, sandglass tube and inside finned tube, both aluminum and copper material are available. 

Fin: Various types of Fin such as pressed fin, louver fin. the thickness is from 8-20mm and with is from 12-100mm.

Welding: Welding robot make the welding joint very nice and efficient working.

Assembly: Three kinds of assembly including pressed plastic, bolted connection and welding by exprienced welders.

Leak Testing: Three leak control thourgh all production lines, blasting machine for tube, dry method testing and wet method testing after assembly. If needed, we also have national  testing centre to test them and give the report.

3. Corrugated boxes: for the car radiators and auto radiators with small and medium size.

4. Metal frame: used in domestic markets and for large size products of overseas market.

5. Customized Packing with OEM logo or Neutral packing.

Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period.

1. Which type does your company belong to,  manufacture or trading company?

Answer: we are a manufacture factory- Hengan Radiator Group Co., Ltd, we have 3 factories and 8 production lines including Copper and Aluminum radiators.

2. How do you control the quality?

Answer: We have 3 quality testing, tube testing, leaking test by twice. We could supply 24 month guarantee period because we trust our quality.

3. Can you produce the products as our special requirements?

 Answer: Yes, we can. Just supply the drawings or the main specification, we have our own design team.

4. Do we need to afford the very expensive mold cost if we want you to develop a new radiator?

 Answer: It depends on your year order quantity. The customer should pay the cost first, then when your order quantity is up to some quantity, we can return part or all the mold cost to you, which will be put into our contract to protect the customers.
