1. What is the payment terms?

30%T/T in advance,the balance 70% to be paid before shipment or based on the copy of B/L

2. What is the delivery time?

Within 15 days after receipt of your deposit.

3. What is the validity time of the quotation?

30 days since quotation date

NTEP, OIML, CE

5. What is the warranty?

2 years for scale boy, one year for indicator and load cells and lifetime technique support

6. Can we send Floor scale sample for reference?

A: We are glad to send Floor scale samples for your inspection. Standard samples can be charge, and you may need to pay the express fees.

7. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

8. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards.
