Product Description

The multi-layout mud-water separation plant, self-developed by Unidrill, can be applicable to the slurry and sewage treatment by constructions and pollutions. According to the processing requirements, multiple-stage separation process is adapted to separate the solid matters to recycle the water. Meanwhile, the solid matters can be delivered to the landfill or reused after dewatering.

Supporting switch between different treatment modes

As the system adopts multi-stage treatment method, the treatment mode the construction site adopts can be switched between three modes, i.e. the mud de-sanding for reuse, mud de-sanding and desilting for reuse (the ration is 1.02-1.05 after treatment), and mud flocculation liquid-solid separation (dry mud + clean water) according to actual needs.
