We have established 3 manufacturing plants, FBTech New Energy, FBTech Electronics and FBTech Industrial. Q1: Are you factory or trading company ?
A1: FBTech is a professional manufacturer of a full of line Ni-MH, Li-ion, and LiFePO4 batteries. We can provide all kinds ofOEM/ODM services for clients around globe. With 20 years of research & development and manufacturing experience, we are veryprofessional on quality control and after-sale services.
Q2: Can I just try samples for the first order ?
A2: Trail order is acceptable. We welcome sample order to test and check quality, but we don't provide free samples.
Q3: What about the lead time ?
A3: Sample needs 5~7 days, mass production needs 2~4 weeks, It depends on your order quantity.
Q4: What is your shipping method ?
A4: We suggest sample & small order to be shipped to destination through our shipper partner who has excellent UPS/DHL/TNT/FedEx service. The shipping cost and delivery time will be determined according to the quantity of the goods and delivery address. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
Q5: Are your battery real capacity ?
A5: All of our battery cells with grade A, 100% new and real capacity. If you need B grade cells, please contact us separately for the price and lead time as well as discount.

A7: Yes, the warranty is 12 months.
