PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MILK COOLING TANK
This equipment is mainly composed of tank, mixer, refrigeration unit, electric control and other parts. The tank body is made of stainless steel SUS304 and has been precision polished, so that dirt is unwilling to accumulate, so it can be cleaned and corrosion-resistant.
The tank insulation layer is filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam insulation material with low thermal conductivity, which is light in weight and good in insulation. The stirrer is composed of a motor, a reducer, and a stirring device. The stirrer and the tank are connected by flanges, and the stirrer is driven by the reducer.
The refrigeration system consists of a refrigeration unit, a direct cooling jacket plate, etc. The refrigeration unit is equipped with a corresponding water-cooled condenser (used when the ambient temperature is high, and drains the cooling water when not in use). The compressors are all fully sealed, reliable in operation, energy-saving and durable, and have ideal refrigeration effects.
