GSL4500series vertical planetary mixer gearbox
The vertical shaft split mixer reducer (patented product) adopts the design concept of German standard and international

The shape of GSL series reducer adopts streamline design, beautiful appearance and low resistance; the internal structure is single drive, which drives multi-split, realizes revolution and rotation and adopts involute open-end cylindrical gear, which can achieve stable rotation, low noise and large output torque. Multi-split transmission is realized by the internal tooth rotary shaft.

The transmission gear adopts a self-developed heat treatment process, which reduces the deformation of the post-heat treatment and strengthens the internal structure of the workpiece. The tooth part is ground by the German NILES forming gear grinding machine, which realizes small clearance and high internal tooth precision, realizes high-precision operation of the slewing bearing and increases the bearing capacity.
The main shaft uses imported bearings and oil seals to ensure its service life and bearing capacity.

Packing & Delivery
Our requirements:
1. All packing prepares product for shipment in a manner deemed to be safe, preventing damage or corrosion to product, and satisfying customer requirements.
2. Unpainted surface are to be coated or packaged to prevent corrosion or damage.
3. At a minimum, product will be skidded, blocked, and banded down or constrained in a manner to prevent shifting and undesirable movement in transit.
4. When blocking product it is required that all blocks/ supports be placed under stationary features and will not shift during transit. Straps/Chains from the truck should then be placed over those supports when applicable.
5. Konic Gearbox representative must verify that the load, chains/straps and tarp are assembled in such a way to avoid damage to the product during transit.
