 1. Are your KaiFeiDi Home Textile Co.,Ltd is a trading company or a manufacturer?

A:  We are a manufacturer for the Home & Hotel using Textile products including Pillows, Duvets, Mattress protecoters, Home and Hotel Bedding Sets, so on. With a workshop over 6000 square meters;

2. Is the low MOQ acceptable?

A: The MOQ mostly is according to the customers' requirements. Mostly 100pcs as MOQ for the first order also is acceptable;

3. Is sample availble? And how about the cost?

A: Yes, sample is available. 

Detailed cost is according to the customers' requirements on the quality. 

Mostly the cost for the sample is collected as 3 times of the mass product cost. But the extra collected cost will return back  while the order will confirm. 

4. How about the package? Could make the customers' own logo?

A. The package mostly is PE/PVC bag or the Nonwoven bag;

Yes, for PE/PVC bag package could printing customers' logo;

And the Non-woven bag could print  the Logo on the bag or with the printing inner card;

5. How about the production period?

A: Within 20 days after the order confirmation; 

We have over 40 sewing machines, 4 quilted machines and 2 pillow filling machines. Sometimes for any urgent order, we also arrange to delivery within 7 days;

6.How about the shipping way?

A: For sample: By express--UPS, DHL, FEDEX, so on. 

    By mass production: For the big cbm, shipping mostly by Sea;
