Yes, just need some sample cost for setup and material cost. And it will be refunded in the batch order.

4. Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

5. How to deal with the parts received in poor quality?
All our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery. In case of non-conformance, please contact us immediately. We will check on the problems and we can have them reworked or refund the money.
