A: Sure, sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q: How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you wanna do logo printing, it takes 5-7 days.

A: Usually we would have stock, if do logo printing, about 7-10days can be finished.

A: Silk screen printing/Laser /Engraving/Etching

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the
goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be
presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will
advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we
will completely compensate all your loss.
