Specifications:
1. Power device: 2P gear motor, love Deli inverter speed, speed: 0.5 ~ 5M / min stepless adjustable
2. Line boby: L=customized
3. Belt: The Danish anti-static ring 2mm thick green belt, belt width W = 400mm;
4. Roller: galvanized sheet provided below the belt + φ25 galvanized supporting roller, roller pitch P = 280mm
5. Guide rail: applies to the 40*70mm Aluminum alloy.
6. Structure: applies to the 40*40mm Aluminum.
7. Lighting system: Applies to the T5 LED light , Segmented control.
8. Trunking: The trunking: 1.0 galvanized plate bending making every preparation station 220V outlet each.
9. Long table (W = 400mm): use & 18mm wood, Sticking green anti-static rubber, T-strip wrapping production.
10. Stands: A & 18mm wood, the surface of the green anti-static rubber, T-strip edging
11. Work Instructions: precedes the line of the body over the two sides, hanging A4 picture cards;
12. Preparation of special lifting road, give each station a spreader.
