The below is some important information for your reference:
1. MOQ: we don't have MOQ, but as for factories, price advantage shows on bulk quantity. Smaller quantity, more expensive unit price, because labour cost is the same (labour cost is calculated according to minimum consumption, for example, the price of 500pcs is very different with 1000pcs, we have customer asked for 500pcs but they placed order of 1000pcs at the end because the price of 500pcs is too expensive. In the same way, smaller quantity for smaller size, unit price will be expensive because the what matters is the labour cost, not material cost.
2. Sample: if customer accept the available sample we have, sample is for free, customer only need to pay for sample shipping cost; if customer want a sample with custom printing, sample cost will be charged.
3. Lead time: production time of sample is 7-10 days, and lead time of bulk quantity is 25-30 days, this is the normal lead time in terms of tin box manufacturing industry, and air shipping is 10-15 days (air shipping will be expensive because the tin box is empty and it takes space in place, for light cargos, shipping cost is charged to the volume weight, not the actual weight of the carton), sea/rail/truck shipping tales over 1 month, please take the lead time and shipping into account. Some customer didn't realized that, and they need the tin box very urgent, so they gave up purchasing from China.
4. Printing: we offer CMYK/PMS printing to custom the printing that you want, we'll provide customer the template of the tin box for customer to design their own printing, and we also offer laser stamp to custom embossed logo on the tin box.

1. Tinplate is a steel plate electrolytically coated with a fine layer of tin for protective purposes

4. Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Printing is done on large metal sheets first. Then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation.

6. Metal proofing sample is a distinctive process for showing the color effect on metal compared with paper. It is separate process from mass production, and thus also cost money.
7. Before designing any graphics on a particular tin, we will furnish a dimensional layout for positioning graphics. According to the tin construction, this positioning information is very important to ensure the proper placement of artworks onto each panel of the tin.
8. Artwork designed using most popular software is acceptable. Coreldraw and Adobe Illustrator preferred, Freehand, Photoshop, etc are also welcome. Please save your files on a CD and submit it to us by courier service and freight prepaid.
9. In addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes, we can offer crackle, wrinkle and pear varnishes.
