Taking a pr-measured amount of raw rubber material that is placed into a heated open lower mold cavity.This method can produce custom rubber products that are curved,and is usually more cheap than other molding process.

·Tooling costs are charged if the products you need are customized products.
2. How much the courier freight will be charged for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and carton size and your area. Our courier
agent of TNT, DHL, UPS will be save you nearly 30% total courier charges because we have a
long-term agreement. However, you also can use your courier company to collect.
3. Could I make customized rubber products?
Yes, we can make customized rubber prdocuts according to your drawings or samples.
4.How to get a quotation fast?
With detail information such as material, hardness, color, size, annual quantity or photos
we could quote for you within 12 hours. Detail drawings are the best.
5.After placing a sample order, what is the delivery time?
Within 1 day for stock products. Within 7 days for new products
The goods will be packed by plastic bag inside, and outerside is cartons,We can send the o rings by express, by air, or by sea
