2) How can I get a sample to check your quality ?
Normally, we will charge you sample cost and it can be refunded when order over our MOQ. Old customers always can get free samples .
3) How long can I expect to get the sample ?
The sample lead time is about 3 days , for the complicated ones it may take 5 - 6 days .
4) Do you accept customized design ?
Yes, we can . We have professional team to finish the design as your description or build the sample as your request .
5)What is the lead time usually for mass production ?
Usually it is about 15 - 18 days , but some time it is depending on quantity, for example,one customer placed 6000 PCS , it may take 30 days or longer in busy season .
6) What is your terms of delivery ?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, Air shipment etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
7) What is your price term ?
30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
8)How will you ensure your goods quality ?
We have 2 online QC to supervise during cutting materials , CNC ,Polishing ,silk printing ,gluing process ,Before final package we have 1QC to check one by one on assemble line .Because we experienced the trouble took by the flaw goods after reaching customers' warehouse . So we pay more attention to the quality .
